Service details for Estate Planning:

What we will do

1. Prepare your Living Trust.
2. Prepare your Living Will / Advanced Health Care Directive
3. Prepare Last Will and Testament.
4. Prepare Power of Attorney for Finance.
5. Notarize all the required documents.

What you need to do

1. Arrange for 2 witnesses at the time of your trust signing.

How long will it take

1. All requests will be processed in about 4-5 business days.
2. Priority rush service is also available, we can process within 1-2 business days.

What will it cost

Additional Services that we can offer

1. Draft Grant Deed / Quit Claim deed to move property to the Trust.
2. Filing of Grant Deed, Quit Claim Deed with the county.

Let us know when you are ready to start. We will provide you with a questionnaire, and go over your trust related requirements. This meeting should take about 30 minutes. We also ask that you provide us with a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 which will be used towards the trust formation costs. We will call you within 4-5 business days after all the documents are ready. You will be expected to arrange for 2 witnesses, none of which should be named anywhere in the documents. This meeting will take about 1 hour at which time we will go over all the documents with you, and expect you to sign and execute them. We have on-site notaries for all document notarization.

What we will do

1. Search, & Reserve corporate name for use.
2. Prepare Articles of Incorporation.
3. File Articles of Incorporation with Secretary of State, California.
4. Customized corporate bylaws.
5. Customized Organizational minutes.
6. Authorization of Election of Officers and Directors.
7. Stock certificates.
